I have ordered over 70 items for a gift for our staff who live in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. Initially the response to my questions and providing design templates was great. However, once I placed the order I received no further updates in terms of delivery schedule, issues with any delivery addresses or expected ETA. So despite a fantastic product, customer service and feedback was really poor.
