Been to hey baby 3 times now starting right back at my 6 weeks scan and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the whole team! From the girls on reception to the sonographer they have been so warm and friendly each time we have been! The third today being the gender scan which I think is awesome with the extra touch of turning the room pink or blue! They give you plenty of time to see your baby and explain all the information on the screen. It’s made my first pregnancy very special and I could not be happier with the service! No doubt we will be back for a 4th time for the 4d scan!

Everything about this place was amazing! Highly recommended! Staff were so friendly and super helpful. They set such a welcoming environment. The place itself was exceptional, the mood set was more than was expected! I could fault this is anyway what so ever. We wanted to keep our gender a secret ready for our reveal and they did that so perfect! Can’t wait to return for my next scan!

Staff are very lovely and welcoming. Felt at ease straight away. Sonographer made sure we knew as soon as she could locate the sac that it had a heartbeat ect, to stop me worrying. Highly recommend anyone wanting a private scan.

I booked an early scan with hey baby. Even though we’d already had 3 scans we just wanted to go and make sure everything was okay. Unfortunately it wasn’t good news. Our little baby’s heart had stopped beating. The appointment now just seems a blur. But what I can remember is just how supportive and informative the ladies were with both me and my husband. They also booked me my follow on care with the nhs. They were there with us through the most difficult news we had ever had to hear in our lives. We were told to take as long as we needed. Seriously girls from the bottom or our hearts. Thank you. The news was hard for us to hear but we also know that it was hard for you to deliver to us, but you did it with great professionalism and empathy.
