After an initial experience of some lost items, I must say that Hexxee and their Customer Service Team, Matt and Hannah really seemed to value and take an interest in their Customers and their Customer's shopping experience. Lost items were resolved and as a way of apologie free items offered, which they did not need to do. Their products and their designs are outstanding and I must say their Customer Service Team really goes the extra mile for their Customers too.
