I recently placed a review , how well my doctors see patients quickly and effectively . Well I have changed my view and I believe this is all because of the advanced booking system in place now . The problem is that all if the people who are not in immediate need, book up the app although they say we keep some back for urgent cases . Well this in reality does not work . The system in place worked well you could ring up and get an app for that day or the next and if it was not urgent book in advance . In the last two weeks I have had to use the gravesend walk in clinic twice and now it looks like a third time might be coming up as I can't get an app with my own doctor when i need one . WHY CHANGE A SYSTEM THAT WORKS They call it progress!!!!
