@ Rebecca i am going through the same thing since January i have been on the phone to my housing officer , complaints team , repairs team . the mould in my house is growing every where we was told that a ventilation system was be fitting . nothing has happened . a sub contact was meant to have come on the 11th of may but just to be told all works were postponed . no reason was given. i have been trying to talk to the surveyor at hexagon for the past 3 three weeks property services have done nothing no one wants to help. void works were not even completed properly . doors handles full off you name it complaints were made to complaints team they have all the evidence in there hands yet the people who are meant to take action are not .

Terrible Landlords Families left without hot water and heating for over a month now and still nothing. Just a lot of lies being told. Living in damp conditions they continue to ignore letters sent to complaints department.

Sadly, I have to review Hexagon as a one star, although some of the staff try so hard and are lovely as a housing association they have so many internal breakdowns in their procedure that makes it getting any repair work done or remedial work done almost impossible. We have many people in our flats who have been without hot water and heating for months and years. The housing association its self is just a total shambles and so is it’s complaints procedures. They don’t do anything they say they don’t follow any of the procedures or policies, and then you end up, fighting them just to get them to follow their own policies. Nobody knows what they’re doing if anything goes wrong, you’ll be fighting and fighting and fighting and struggling the staff just end up leaving

Terrible customer service! The repair team that is, abrupt and rude and really couldn't give any information regarding as to when the job would be done...do they think that Hexagon Tennant's sit around all day? Majority of us work and have to book time off just as they would have to! I'm disgusted with this new company.

Lift continually out of service,why no week end or bank holiday cover? No respect or care for disabled persons. Been a tenant for 15 years,may as well be 15minutes,no loyalty!!!!

We had a water leak from flat above us flooding our property on Christmas Day, the people had gone away, we had to contact the fire brigade, they tried contacting hexagon as well as us trying to contact them and their emergency telephone line is closed, the following day it continues to be closed and it no doubt will be closed tomorrow, leaving a diasbled person with no power and water damage.
