Hex have just fixed my sons Iphone 12 (smashed) last week and my daughters MacBook yesterday. I work nearby and these are my go to guys for any computer or phone queries. Also very handy for cables and accessories etc. You always get a friendly helpful staff member who try their best to find a solution.

After being let down by another store that decided they couldn't do it at the last minute, I phoned hex on a recommendation. Dariusz was very helpful and knowledgeable, quoted me for my rear glass replacement on iPhone 14 pro max, which was cheaper than the previous quote, phoned me next day to confirm the part had arrived and gave me excellent communication by email whilst my phone was in for the repair. Phone was repaired on time and the quality of the work is second to none. They will be repairing all phones in future if I'm unfortunate enough to require it again.

Did come in to get my PC checked and after a few minutes the guy told me that my pc have some major damage to it so it might be better(and economical) for me to get a new one rather than getting it fixed. He did say that if I want to recover my files I have the option to! 💦

Excellent repair shop. I have used HEX a few times over the last 10 years for phone repairs, and now most recently for liquid damage affecting my 2015 Macbook. The team were extremely helpful, efficient and polite throughout the whole process. The diagnostic check, keyboard replacement and motherboard repair came all together at a very reasonable fee of £250. I also really like that they are a more sustainable business who are keen to repair devices, rather than encourage you to buy a new product. Thank you!
