Very happy with the results, so natural looking and colour matched to my natural highlights perfectly. With excellent and friendly service start to finish, I highly recommend. Karen talked me through each stage and made me feel so comfortable and at ease, as I was very nervous; having never had my hair done before. Having very long, thick hair it took a couple hours to be done, being well looked after the whole time with lovely conversation and cups of tea. I cannot express in words how genuinely kind and lovely (who I believe is the owner) is. After closing time, I happened to walk by, in need of a fringe trim so badly. I was hoping just to book it in and pray for a slot before the end of the week, instead, she made Christmas magic come true and let me in with nothing but warm selflessness and a good heart.
