    I bought a Gucci suit from Hewi for a good price. The images of the suit were really helpful. But once you've bought an item all the photos except the first image disappear so you can't refer back to them if there was an issue. The description could have been better. It's very short and they give you a few measurements. But they don't put the same measurements for all suits, It varies. And some are obviously wrong eg shoulders width on a Boggi suit put as 16cm. And a Canali suit is a Long not Regular but this isn't in the description you can only tell this if you look at the image of the label closely. And you can only filter by S, M,L, XL not actual suit sizes. Maybe they don't employ anyone with experience in mens tailoring. The site seems aimed more at women's clothing rather than men's. It only has a small amount of men's clothes and they could expand this a lot. I unsubscribed from the mailing list as they just sent me a general email every day not one for menswear. Despatch time is advertised as within 48 hours. Mine was over a week but this was because of the Easter holidays. But it was still 72 hours before it was sent once you take off the bank holidays and weekend. Delivery was by DHL express and tracking was great. I didn't hear back from customer service when I messaged them. Which is poor. But I'm very happy with the suit so will definitely buy from Hewi again. Probably best to go with the Managed by Hewi items as these have been authenticated in-house rather than just from seller photos.

    I have only sold items with HEWI. They review all the items put on sale, but that is good as means they are ensuring everything is correct. They don’t make a physical authentication which is what stops me from buying anything there. On the other hand I keep having issues with receiving the payment, as I have to chase them to get my money even after 14 days of the item being shipped. A bit of a pain.
