Absolutely the best AV installer I have ever used. Mike Fisher, the owner/proprietor is absolutely fastidious about his work and leaves no stone unturned when problem solving. Neat, tidy, professional, friendly - everything you could ask for. As an AV enthusiast (with zero practical skills) I have trusted Hetra with very large an complex installations and they have never disappointed. If I could give 6 stars, I would. And no, we are not related!

We would highly recommend this company, after searching the internet for an aerial company to sort out a loose cable, we saw the reviews of Hetra Media and gave them a call. They were excellent from that first call, a gentleman called Craig came out the same day to quote us, we agreed to the quote which we were extremely happy with. Craig came out and resolved our cable problem, he also sorted out more than we expected, we are so happy with the service we received also the quality of work and tidiness. This is customer service above and beyond. We are so pleased we called Hetra Media and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Craig and Hetra Media.

They came out to look on the day of my call, job was booked in for one week later and done on that day. Needed some extra tv points put in. Was given a estimate on the phone based on my description on the job- which is both unusual and great - so i knew it was worth them coming out, that we were on the same page for what i was prepared to pay and what the job was worth, rather than have someone come round and ask the earth and have to say no wasting both our time. Job was estimated at 2.30 hrs or so and was done in two to a high professional standard with a minimum of mess and he cleaned up after himself too. Turned up on time and final bill was actually slightly less than the first estimate. No guff about needing a new ariel or my tv strength being low and needing an amplifier etc. Couldnt rate more highly.
