Exceeded my expectations from start to finish. It’s not often these days that people go the extra mile. I got a phone call just before Christmas that if I got in quick and signed a document before Christmas it would speed up my enquiry. This made such as difference to us as so many companies give up the week before Christmas and avoid any new contact as they want to finish up early and would have left this until the new year.
