So confusing. Seems like a totally unregulated industry with no set rules and very complex choices that are not fully explained. HETAS needs to do a lot more to regulate the people they give credentials to. And people needing advice and support need to get that from an impartial source that isn't focused on the bottom line. There seems to be no set pricing structure and far too much half truth and willing obfuscation for this industry to be really professional and above board as a whole.
