Been and enjoyed spa days here quite a few times. Rang today to book Jessica luxury pedicure 55 mins at 39.00 to be told by staff it's gone up to 59.00 just recently!!! Come on Dream Spa. Change your prices on your website accordingly to show new increases or it looks like your staff are just ripping customers off. Really 20.00 increase. That's disappointing and disgusting.

JENNY JENNY JENNY !!!!!!!! .......??????? What can I say about JENNY...... ???? Well she called me to confirm my appointment which was an amazing thing to do. How ever she didn't realise she was on loud speaker in my car. She says good afternoon Martin it's just JENNY calling from the dream Spa I'm calling to confirm your appointment tomorrow...... To which she didn't realise this was a suprise for my wife who was next to me in the car. We found the call hilarious and the staff at the sap where overly apologetic on her behalf as she wasn't on shift.so we are yet to meet her. Overall a fantastic experience yet again as this is the second d time we have visited

Was not allowed to use the pool as there was swimming lessons for the majority of our stay. They hadn’t received a robe order so we had to have extra towels. Reception staff are lovely and helpful at all times. Afternoon tea was outstanding and very large portions, had to take some home! Had a full body massage for 50 minutes, which was bliss. All other facilities were brilliant.
