    This is a generic hertz review. Please please please don't book a van with Hertz. We rented one twice. First time, no issues. Second time they slapped us with a £90 cleaning fee. We left the van as we found it but this wasn't good enough. Total and utter lies by these people. They don't inspect vans between each use so have no way to prove who is at fault. Please avoid this problem and book with another more reputable organisation. I've never had this happen and I've rented vehicles all over the world. Save yourself the headache and dont bother.

    Picked up my car at London Heathrow and returned at London City Airport. Nobody was present on the drop off point and had to return the Keys in the office. 30 minutes later I received a damage report together with an invoice for a scratch on the rim. I went only on the highway from Heathrow to Essex and to London City. Of course they refer to the terms and conditions where I signed for and have to pay 110GBP which I have to do obviously. Congratulations Hertz you've earned 110GBP today but will loose a customer good for 25 business travel a year plus holidays. Never will choose for Hertz again, preder to pay a bit more without troubles afterwards.

    Returned car on time, handed keys over to girl working at the time, later to find out i was charged another day of rental for late return. After sending the proof over of my travel leaving the city airport on the DLR, HERTZ went quiet and never came back to me not refunding etc. Bank refunded me no problem, let them deal with mastercard now

    Car picked up in Heatrow and delivered in LCY. The problem is that they accuse me of having had a car accident, it was certainly not my fault. it must have happened in the parking lot after my sign. anyway I have full insurance and am willing to pay. pity that no one answers me on the phone or emails. You are providing shameful service and assistance.

    Worst customer service ever ( Daiva her name).. waited half an our before been served, nobody was at the counter and at the end she was not able to help us to rent the car even if we have a pre paid reservation. STAY AWAY!!!
