If i could give 0 stars i would. Got to the van and had no fuel card. Was told by customer service that i should purchase fuel and could send a screenshot afterwards for a refund. Sent said screenshot to then be told by someone else it had to be the actual receipt and now refusing to give me a refund. Avoid at all costs!

took money from my bank account 2 times for double the rental witch was supposed to be for 1 hour £16 but took £140 thay say it normal the fuel card did not work so i had to pay for fuel witch is supposed to be included and they said ill get refund but when i out receipt in told me they don't do refunds even after they said to pay my self and claim it back the customer services are rude and all thay is email the customer service not our problem joke

Absolute joke of a company don’t even bother, new customer sign up told at last minute as on way to collect the vehicle that my booking was cancelled. Holding onto £150 which will be refunded in 3-5 days, now stuck to go renting elsewhere. Avoid.

Would give zero stars if I could. Hertz cancelled my booking less than ten minutes before the start of the rental and were unable to provide me with any alternative. When I complained to their customer service centre, they claimed that it was me who cancelled the booking not them so no refund or compensation was available. It's a shame that the product, which is a good idea, is let down by appalling customer service.

Sign up process is a little annoying. If it's your 1st booking do it quite in advanced to make sure it all processes in time. My only issue is the damage report when you 1st get it. I found significant damage to the van that wasn't listed. Rather than being able to upload photos on the app they tried calling when I was driving. Now I've had to email the photos and hope they don't dispute it

I made reservations yesturday around 7pm. I needed the car from today 6am, is 9am now I still not get confirmation and code. I just get email yesterday that they have to verify my document. I called to customer service and they say that reservation is declined. Very poor quality service, I wasted my time!!!
