    Phone number listed is for Costco and not hertz. Cancelled my booking at 10.04am when my booking started at 10.00am. Not sure how they call themselves 24 hours when they are doing vetting office hours. Had to scramble around to find another van on a bank holiday. Do not rent from these clowns

    Rubbish website, when eventually could select location wouldn't allow me to select a week further on as drop off date, tried about 6 times gave up. Enterprise much easier website.
