Charged me an outrageous £90 for a scratch on an alloy wheel which was not picked up by incompetent staff at depot so it was our word against theirs ..I will never ever use them again as they are rip off merchants I'm beyond angry ..moral please check everything on the car Inc wheels as these charlatans will screw you over...used to think they were a decent company I was wrong

Car was in great condition. Arranging the collection after it was offhired wasn't a nice experience as the person who called was rude, demanding, and I couldn't get a word in edge ways even when trying to answer a question as they spoke over me constantly.
