Great customer service. My wife and I dropped off our rental here and realized we were too far away from the airport. The Hertz reps helped bring in our suitcases, ordered us a cab, offered beverages, and gave us the bathroom key. Well-rounded on all levels! Very friendly!

Very poor service. Had to wait for assistant as he had left building. Was not shown around vehicle and was told only of small damage to bumper. Car was driven 14 miles. From site to family home to back to hire site. On return assist stated there was new damage to vehicle and that both front alloys had been damaged! This may have been old damage I was not told of as I sis not cause this damage.

To be honest if I could give this Agency of Hertz a zero star I would, the worst experience of returning a car I have ever had. Unfortunately had to return there due to the airport branch being closed. Arrived and their was no parking, had to put car on the forecourt. Went in and told them I needed to check car in, the first thing the guy does is pick up the device that the use for photographing damage. Ended up with three people literally crawling over the vehicle trying to find ANY small scratch, dent, etc. My wife made the comment "they are going to find a way to bill you for something" As a loyal PC Hertz member I was utterly disgusted at this behaviour and felt like a criminal. Fully appreciate they need to check and this type of approach and behaviour does nothing for them as a brand. If you have to return here then I would suggest that you do everything in your power not to, appalling agent. Hertz need to reopen their LTN branch or they will lose my custom. Finally raised a complaint to Hertz HQ, have been contacted by the ASM and explained the situation. Thankfully he is more customer orientated that they guys in the Agent.

Fast, friendly service. Booked a car online at a cheap competitive price and went in to Luton Downtown Hertz to collect. Everything was sorted within 10 minutes and I was on my way 👍🏻 Was also offered a hot drink/bottle of water whilst I waited. Very happy with the level of service and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be hiring from these guys in the near future again.
