    I would give zero stars for customer service on the phone. We tried to exted our rental over phone, had to leave a message for reply. No answer the next morning. When you call, same voice messsgr again. You should contact your Hertz location. I need to keep working and have no time to call or write Hertz 20x!

    Had a late night rental return here after 1:00 a.m. The location was staffed at that early hour and the attendant was very friendly considering what time it was. They even provided shuttle service to Terminal 3 at that wee hour.

    Almost impossible to get through to a customer service person and after many phone calls I eventually spoke to someone who wasn't helpful and today got my phone bill and have been charged £10 for the phone calls. Be aware if you attempt to call the customer service number.

    Booked a car at one price, when we arrived they said they didn't have any cars similar to what we booked. They offered an upgraded vehicle at "no additional cost" since it was automatic (like we booked). Took the car and it was fine, not as clean as it should have been, but ok. When we returned the car the return receipt showed an additional 180 pounds on there for a "vehicle upgrade." When I brought it to their attention the very unfriendly counter person told me that there was nothing that could be done and that I'd have to contact corporate. We have ended up paying $270 more for this rental than we budgeted for, and it has soured my opinions of Hertz thoroughly. Location was dirty, bathroom was wrecked (and stunk out in the lobby), the two people we dealt with weren't interested or friendly. The actual car being fun to drive was the only saving grace. So thank you Audi for making a good car.

    Pre booked a Kia Seed ,3 weeks before we flew from Australia.When we arrived they told us that our car was a Toyota Yaris,they believe these 2 cars are the same size which they are not.We then had upgrade to the next size vehicle, when asked if I wanted my wife to be able to drive I just said yes. We was also asked would we be filling the car up on the return which we said yes.When we came out to find the car it had cost me £100 to add my wife they took £250 in fuel and the cost of the car was a extra £300 this is for 7 days costing £1000. Would not use these again
