    Ordered a van for £70 over 12 hours, returned without a scratch and they charged me £431. The van was absolutely stuffed, and had an electronic error causing a constant beeping while driving. No-one answers the phone, emails are not responded to, and "24/7" is a lie because the car park is locked over night, so they charge you late or early fees because you cant get the car back into the car park!
