Will never rent from Hertz again, I was picking up another rental from here because the one I had hired from the Ipswich branch from Nicky and Andy was not road worthy and broke down in Kent on my daughters 10th Birthday leaving us stranded. Debbie replaced the car and was polite but did not carry out the damage vehicle check with me as 'they were about to close and I'd better hurry up anx get in the car with my two kids and suitcase before they locked the gate. After returning the car to Hertz in Ipswich (to which no one was there to receive it) suddenly a 'scratch appeared on the rear of the vehicle for which they immediately took out £126 without even an explanation! Still waiting to here back from Hertz about my official complaint 11 days later. Never rent from Hertz.
