    Missed an important event, booked to collect Saturday, was there 1 hour before closing as instructed but place was closed. Struggled to get through and the lady although was really helpful, couldn’t get anyone to open up as no one was answering their phones. Requested I go to enterprise next door. Enterprise staff told me it’s a regular occurrence. 🤦🏻
