I spoke to a woman on the phone yesterday regarding a council tax enquiry. She was impatient, condescending and sarcastic. It's baffling that some people choose to work in a customer service role yet have absolutely no manners. It's absurd and appalling.

Hertsmere council has made the process to aire my views and concerns very difficult regarding the proposed planning for a 5g pole to be installed outside of the kitchen window of the flat I live in. Its as if it's deliberate. Leaving me thinking, Hertsmere councils interests are more concerned with big budget's with no concern for the people living within its radar. I was homeless for a long time. As soon as I moved here I finally got some independence, but now i am beginning to feel hugely disappointed with Hertsmere Council. It's sickening.

Your waste collectors are the laziest workforce I have ever known. We are not provided with bins and are expected to keep our rubbish in our flat all week until collection day, this itself is disgusting. On average once a month I have to ring to say our rubbish has not been collected. If your workers cannot be bothered to walk up one flight of stairs and collect from the flats in the block I suggest hertsmere give us bins we can place outside to save the poor waste collectors legs.

Hertmere council and the highways agency should be ashamed of themselves, we pay road tax to maintain the roads we drive on and they are unable to do one thing and maintain the roads, every side road is an ice ring due to the recent snow fall, do you think the gritters were out making sure all side roads were adequately salted so all residents can get to the main roads where the roads have been salted, no why because they couldn’t care less, I was driving down organ hall road and was turning into Lombardy way when all of a sudden the car lost traction hit the curb and had caused considerable amount of damage, this was due to the road conditions that hertsmere failed to maintain, if driving at 10mph can cause this much dames it goes to show how bad the roads are, so glad I don’t live under this council as bucks have done a better job on their roads

When they want to money this has to be done asap but when it’s to do with credit we have to wait over 6 weeks. Appalling you should be ashamed of yourself disgraceful people
