Had a shoulder injury for over 2 years thinking it’ll heal on its own but never did. I decided to get something done about, found Robs number online and thought I’d give a sports massage a try, I was sceptical, after just 3 sessions and following his advice on some stretching, drinking plenty of water, my shoulder is now pain free!!! Apart from that, he’s a really nice guy and knows his stuff! I highly recommend.

Been going to Rob for a about 2 years now. I have gone from being unable to lie down in bed and functioning on prescription painkillers to only requiring the odd paracetamol. Being able to sleep pain free is amazing. I go regularly to maintain my back and shoulder. He always has time to show me exercises to help me. Without Rob I literally would not be able to move. Highly recommended to anyone . Thank you
