Terrible service and customer experience. I took in a newer model sewing machine to get a quote for repair after it was damaged in transit. I was told I would hear from them on specific date, but they didn't contact me on that date. I needed to follow-up on them! They told me they couldn't fix the machine as they said it had an electrical issue, which is fine, but they couldn't even give me details of another sewing machine centre that could service my needs. I am sure they are great with older machines, but anything modern and you are wasting your time.
