Kevin and Daniel a farther and son team! 2 straight up gents from start to finish. I had issues with getting insurance on my Van and Daniel was quick to offer advice. Unfortunately I had to back out of the deal, my deposit was refunded without question. Good to see a true honest business, as they are few and far between! Would highly recommend and would definitely do business with Herts Motors.

Got robbed by these guys, bought a van as ulez was coming in, went for a vauxhall vivaro. They advised a talento instead (fiat).. being a simular van. Paid total £14, 000 been plagued with problems since the warranty ran out, all the different possible lights and fault codes constantly coming up putting van in limp mode.. Garage couldn't figure out why. First the front bumper started falling off, found all clips were broken and it was screwed in, then starter motor jammed, then clutch went, fuel cap cover was glued on with some type of silicone, which has now worn.. then But now I have discovered a fault with the power steering, after inspection, found the wires were damaged and wrapped with tape at multiple points and the plug was brock and wedge in.. the list is endless with this. These things were issues already from purchase, garage couldn't understand how a van could have so much issues for its age. These ppl just patch up vehicles and sell them on. Find myself now looking for a new van after only having this van for only 2years.. large portion of that time with the van off the road and unable to be driven.

Just bought my new van from Kevin at Herts motors. Felt like I was in safe hands from the get go. He did all the extra advisory bits on the van when he had it in for MOT, alot of dealerships could easily have just sold it as it was!
