Between my self and a friend we have used Herts Horsebox Hire on two occasions, for a day trip and a longer 4 day stay. On both occasions Nikki has been very kind and accommodating, getting up early on a Sunday morning for collection due to the box being delivered late the previous day. The collection and drop off were swift and easy. The box is very easy to drive and fairs very well on the motorway. The only things that could be an issue is that there is no head partition so if two horses are travelling they have to get on well with one another or you have to tie them pretty tight. Also, the saddle racks are positioned so that it is a tight squeeze getting the saddle on. I have a very low cantle on my saddle and still struggled so had to prop it up on the floor on the pommel instead. All that being said, I would definitely use Herts Horsebox Hire again in the future.
