My 911 Carrera S was due to have a single stage paint correction and enhancement back in May, however we had to postpone due to the UK weather not playing ball. Despite Tom being super busy, he maintained contact and went out of his way to accommodate a time and date that worked for me. Having picked up my car yesterday I'm truly amazed at the transformation. Tom's attention to detail is second to none, with every inch of the car meticulously cleaned inside and out. I can honestly say it looks and feels like new...thanks Tom!! I feel that the service at Herts Car Spa goes beyond the finish on the car. Tom clearly has an in-depth knowledge of the products, processes and finishes that go into giving the best results. I found that communication throughout the process was exceptional. Tom was very professional in articulating areas of concern, discussing options and providing regular photo and video updates during the process. Tom clearly has passion for what he does, which is evident by the care and diligence that goes into every job. My car was booked in with Herts Car Spa to have a thorough clean and to also paint my calipers. Before it was booked in, Tom let me know my options of paint choices and explained the differences between them. Once the work was finished, Tom let me know and sent over photos of paint work that needed my attention that I didn’t notice before as I’ve only just purchased the car. Tom also let me know how he can help with scratches on the car too. I really appreciated him pointing this out to me - shows how much he cares about each client’s cars! When I picked my car up, it had never looked better - the attention to detail is unmatched - can’t wait to come back and get some more work done and get regular cleans booked in! Highly recommend.
