I am writing this as I believe this company and Chelsey as the company's representative have acted deliberately to defraud people by claiming to offer a service without any intention of delivering that service. I booked a transport for 2 ponies through Chelsey and subsequently she claimed her company had gone bust and that she would refund my deposit by the end of the week. Despite saying that the funds would be returned by the end of the week (on 2 separate occasions), this has not happened. I know of atleast 2 other people who also have lost deposits because she now claims to have gone bust. This is not person/company that should be trusted. They are unprofessional in their dealings and I would not recommend you to use either her or her company services.
