Absolutely disgusting how I didn't receive a cancelation text or letter. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was told the system canceled my appointment. Absolutely dissatisfied today.

Carol looked after me today following falling down stairs. For no appt the wait was very reasonable (abt hr) x rays and great care. Can only praise the service received. I also called few days prior and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and empathetic. Parking fees apply, also reasonable at 2 pound for 3 hours. I hope you don’t need it, but if you do, you feel the team really cares. Thank you ♥️♥️

Went to have an X-ray this afternoon and after I had it done I stopped to say hi to some friends of mine and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The guy who did it as well was a bit rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was aware I might not be seen on time, and I wasn't, but that generally is par for the course in most medical establishments. But when I was seen, my nurse was kind, helpful, understanding, gentle and made me comfortable. The surgeon talked me through the process and made sure I understood, was helpful with aftercare so I knew what I needed to do, she was also kind, and very efficient. Coffee in the Cafe was extraordinarily good. Although we didn't need the car park there were spaces to be had. 👍all round. Well done Herts and Essex

Their website states they want to involve the family of patients in their care. I found the complete opposite. When my husband, Brian, was there in August 2021 no one told either him or us what his care would involve, despite him asking repeatedly, and we were given no contact person to talk to about this. He was there for 3 weeks and was adamant he would never go back. He died in September. Please ignore the one star, that's there in order for me to post this.
