watch out for them they not honest traders I been there to look audi a6 grey on £13,900 and was keen to have a deal with 136000 after day he said price gone up to 14995 and also second worker said someyhing elae first guy said car ia from auction second guy said ia taken p/x so who is telling truth ? service very unkind with no respect. not recommend them at all

I called HMC on a weekend and reserved the volvo xc60 over the phone with £250 deposit. I was able to view the car a few days later and it was exactly as described with no faults. I paid the balance and collected the car the following weekend with no issues. This is not a main dealer experience, but it was honest and fair and I didn’t have any surprises. I highly recommend HMC Herts it has been a real pleasure and stress free purchase. Even though they are 127 miles away from me. The transaction was very smooth and the delivery of the my Volvo XC90 was very quick and efficient. However, after a week a sensor warning light speared on my dash which was concerning. But the communication with HMC was outstanding and they covered the entire cost of putting the vehicle into my local Volvo dealer to get repaired. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you HMC 👍✅✅✅
