Salisbury Hall is a hidden gem situated adjacent to the de Havilland Aircraft Museum. The moated house is now a private business although the location can be viewed from driveway towards the museum entrance. The property was once owned by Charles II with Nell Gwynne's cottage in the courtyard. Churchill apparently visited the house and during WW2 the Mosquito aircraft was designed there.
