Went for my first colonic procedure today. I was a bit nervous but Reena is so welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. Very professional service, everything clean and sanitised. Reena is very knowledgeable and great to chat to making the experience not awkward or embarrassing at all. I would recommend anyone trying it out at least once and haven’t stopped talking about it to anyone who will listen since! Can’t wait to continue making changes to my diet and feeling the benefits and see the results. Will definitely be back again

Never had one before, and I was very nervous. Reena was so friendly and honest about each step. She talks you through it if you want, or talks about whatever to keep your mind off it. It's been about 4 days now and I do feel much better. Along with eating better, it's helped me I believe. I would go back for sure!

Went for my first ever colonic irrigation on Friday 24th February. I was put at ease by Reena who is extremely professional and talks you thought everything whilst it is happening. I was very pleased with the results, felt instantly healthier and slimmer! I would defo recommend Reena she is such a lovely lady and will defo be going back.

Well, what can I say . I had an appointment to see this lady at her surgery on Monday 12-09-22. I was almost bent double in pain from a blockage in my bowel . Nothing prescribed would shift the thing . I arrived over with duly signed off paper work and was greeted by Reena at the door . A most welcoming lady who with in minutes had settled my worries or fears I was having to have this procedure carried out. She is a most wonderful kind and thoughtful lady and carry's out her works to the highest professional standards. From the time I arrived to the time I left , which by the way seemed a very brief time but was in fact just over an hour . She kept talking to me explaining what was happening and reassurance from her was most welcoming . By the time the procedure had finished the congestion and pain had gone . I felt 100% better than I did walking in an hour ago . I also weighed myself when I went home and Reena had managed to remove 2lbs of pain from me . I felt amazing . Thank you so much .

Reena was friendly and professional throughout, we had a quick consultation which talked me through the proceedure and answered any questions i had as this was my first time. Very clean and tidy premises which was easy to find due to Reena’s detailed directions which included where to find free parking. Overall i am very happy and would highly recommend HC Clinic if you are thinking of colonic cleansing. Reena, you’re a star !

I had my first treatment on Thursday. I was very nervous but was soon made to feel very at ease. Everything was explained in great detail. The treatment itself was uncomfortable at times but I expected that. With constant feed back and communication with reena I moved past these moments. The day after I felt very tired but today 2 days post treatment I feel incredible I’ve woken with such a clear mind. A drastically reduced tummy and no pains. I will definitely be adding this into my self care plan and will be back and highly recommend this place to any one who has IBS and needs a reset.

I had really pleased time in Hertfordshire Colonics ! It was so wonderful treatment done by Reena Patel - the most amazing person that I ever meet and I do really respect that she is so kind, funny doing Colonic Irrigation to me . Also I got lot of informations from her about my diet and what couse my bloating issues. I came there with being upset, having mood swings, feeling bloat most of the times. My acne was one of the thing that makes me embarrassed to feeling comfortable within me ,but Renna not only help me detox my body ,but also help me clear my emotions trough the conversation and helps me with my emotional locks . I am so happy and grateful for my decision to come here . Definitely I will consider to have another treatment in future 🙂 Thank you.
