Visited store today after home button on my very old but well loved IPAD mini had stopped working. Hertford Phones & Gadgets could not have been more helpful. The gentleman came up with a solution in minutes which avoided having to take the whole thing apart. He could have easily quoted a rate for doing this which I would have gladly accepted. Instead he created a shortcut and charged me absolutely nothing for his time. I will definitely be using their services again if I ever need them. Highly recommended!

Cant recommend these guys highly enough.I took a smashed iPhone screen in but the first two replacements didn't seem to work, they did both repairs there and then.They told me to come back the following day when they'd have another screen in that would definitely work.....it did! They were dedicated and very apologetic when it didn't work initially but were determined to sort the problem.Very cheap too.....highly recommended !
