I can not recommend Hertford Flooring enough for their excellent, friendly, experienced service. The came across the for being highly recommended on a local Facebook page. We arranged a quote and this was done with ease within the week after. They came in at the most reasonable price (we had 3 comparisons) and were able to fit us in really quickly, which was brilliant as we had a new sofa arriving. They gave us great advice too for they type we needed based on having kids and a pet. On the day of fitting, the gentlemen that came were on time, friendly, hard working and very quick. I used Hertford flooring again recently for a flat I am renovating, same great service as I received 3 years ago, great advice, personal service and a great product perfectly installed, would highly recommend Here is my review from 3 years ago - I recently used Hertford Flooring for my new carpet for the living room, hall stairs and landing. Excellent service, from help in the shop choosing a carpet, to measuring, and then the fitting. I would 100% recommend Hertford flooring, very quick, great value and I will definitely use them again. Always good to support local businesses, and a much more personal service than you would ever get at a large chain

Excellent service from start to finish. The guys at Hertford flooring provided knowledge of the product, and where able to secure the new flooring very quickly and arrange fitting. Shaun and Mark (the fitters) arrived on time and talked everything though to ensure we were all on the same page. The quality of the new lay was brilliant and the care to get the finish as it should be was second to none. We also had an existing floor sanded and re-varnished. In a neighbouring room, and if you didn't know you'd now swear they were.laid at the same time rather than 14 years apart. Will definitely use Hertford Flooring again. Great company, they answer the phone and reply to emails (most struggle with this these days)! We had a huge carpet area replaced on the 3rd floor (no lift) with no complaints from the fitters, and underlay. The chaps were efficient and quiet in our office and so polite. The area was spotless when they left and they took away the old carpet. I wish we used them sooner. We will definitely be using them next time, and they are local. Emma Service: Carpet installation
