Never ever answer their phones and very "short" non professional, non helpful late email responses. This court is an absolute joke. Even the judges won't turn up and prefer to hold cases "virtually" where no one can hear anyone properly. This is a classic example of where work from home culture just does not work for productivity. Some things are better done face to face and court hearings are definitely one of them. Such a waste of tax payers money.

Kept waiting on a 0844 number for 18 minutes still no answer on this premium rate line. Why are Government bodies not on normal number when obviously they are under staffed or just making money out of the general public.

Awful courts. Lengthy delays, without explanation. Then transferred to another court without my knowledge or consultation, again without any communication, resulting in another 6-8 week delay. Chelmsford are miles further away. Permanently "receiving a high volume of calls". No information on the phone as to why transfer occurred. Email queries regarding delays and transfer generate automated response only. No written response within timelines stated in the automated email. Delays, delays, delays. Lack of communication. Lack of accountability. Lack of transparency. Awful frustrating justice system.
