    As a longtime sufferer from cold sores, I have tried almost every product on the market with varying degrees of success. Having now tried Herstat I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this product is miles better than the best known brands out there. It is absolutely brilliant at preventing the outbreak of a cold sore as well as quickly eliminating painful inflammation and reducing massively the timescale for healing. Quite why this isn't advertised on TV is anyone's guess because this product is BRILLIANT. Put it this way, if you suffer from cold sores you need Herstat - it's as simple as that.
