A lot of ego but service is hit n miss. Assistants don’t know how to wash your hair even! You have to teach them to actually wash underneath instead of just the top of your head! Telephone staff are unfriendly - spoke to Elly (Ellie), not very forthcoming :(( I’ve had one good haircut there recently and that was with Grace Amelia. David G was cutting my hair there and made me look like a male punk rock star. 🙈 he has left the company now.

Spent a number of hours with Johnathan and Jordan this week. Knew what I wanted to change but not what was required. Johnathan totally gets blonde and how to achieve the perfect shade for my skin tone. Jordan was amazingly blunt with what I needed to commit to in terms of cut and how it would deliver the look and movement I so desired. And also gave tips on how to dry and style at home 👏 The end result was above and beyond I am delighted. A fun relaxing vibe with so much attention to your comfort.
