Not recommending the new built conveyancing service. I would expect the solicitor’s assistant(s) are more professional and have a better understanding of what they talked about. They kept repeating the answers they gave to us which didn’t make sense at the first place, and their report showed wrong information caused by their careless. In the end we can’t meet the deadline and walked away but we still had to pay for what they’ve done. We wasted a lot of time during this process due to the lack of efficient communication which should have been avoided. It was not a good experience and we wasted time and money.

Arranged an appointment to get a statutory declaration witnessed. I was given an appointment at 11.00 and told it would be £6. I arrived just beforehand and then waited until almost 11.10. I was then told it was £10 and that I had to pay cash. I explained I didn’t have cash and it was then suggested I go to the cash point at Sainsbury, no alternative was offered. I offered to pay By card, a bank transfer and so on. So off to sainsbury cash point I went!! What a way to treat a prospective client. I run a business in Camberley with over 100 staff - I won’t be going back to Herrington C.
