Had a great experience visiting the shop today. I was looking for a specific racket as a gift for a family member and called up in advance to check stock availability. Upon entering the store, I was helped by a friendly staff member named Tom. With me being a complete novice to the sport, he advised me on the recommended string tension, grip size etc. based on my cousin’s experience and hand size. Unfortunately, I was made aware that stringing the racket is normally a service that has a 24 hour turn around time, but as I was not local to the area and was just passing, Tom said he would do it then in between serving customers. Had a really informative chat picking his brains as he was stringing the racket. All done within 10-15 mins! Great service, knowledgeable approachable staff. Makes a massive difference compared to other stores. Would recommend to everyone. Worth making that trip out there just for the great service, thanks again!

He looked closely at my worn-out New Balance shoe, identified it as neutral, watched me jog, and his first choice was spot on. Excellent friendly help! I have just got back into tennis after years away from the sport. I explained what I wanted from a racket and they pointed me in the right direction with demoing a racket. I tried out 5 rackets until and never felt rushed to choose one that suited my play style with great recommendations by the team. When I chose the one I wanted it was strung and gripped within a few hours ready for me to pick up. Can't recommend enough.
