I'm giving it 1 star because the boss is such a nice guy, always helpful and loves a chat ,I have used this company since moving to Herne bay, unfortunately I won't be using it any more.the plant is knackered,abused and sent out regardless, waiving the hire charge is not the remedy !! I've been put back a day and unable to use my van all weekend because I had the faulty stump grinder.have me sum new .teeth to fit my self, basically we done a mini service took Total man hours lost 8;and a day for myself.sorry chaps .not good enough
