    Due to covid regulations they are no longer seeing people face to face although website said open at 10 am Tuesday, we were there at 930 ready to q as we have done previously pre covid. There were 2 phone number on the door the first did not work at all the second said leave a message yet the mail box was full , then left a message on the national number and as yet have had no reply, enough stress to cause already vulnerable people in bad situations even more stress please sort the mail box and phone number situation out and reply with best way of receiving an appointment please

    It took a lot to get my husband to go and try and get help for gambling /debt . Having been in contact with gam care and blocking gambling a few months ago we needed info on blocking credit and loans as its escalated again , so were bitterly disappointed that there was no details of who to contact and how to go about it ☹️
