Wouldn't recommend buying from this company... unprofessional crooks. UPDATE. You told me to report it as undelivered and persue it through a claim, knowing fine well it would be in your favour. You knew exactly what you were doing as youve conned people this way before, rather than just doing the decent thing and reposting the item. I even offered to pay the extra postage as soon I knew the item was at your depot. But you asked me to open a case through ebay. You'd rather keep my money and the product.... deflamatory....Well I'll look forward to at least receiving something from you for my money.
