Lost yet another parcel, not told anybody, lied about attempting to deliver, all because they’ve got no staff, still taking everyone’s money for deliveries and not even telling anyone they’ve lost them 2 weeks before Christmas. Hands down the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. also would like to add, a change of your business name is like putting a plaster on a severed leg.
