This was quite the journey - 3 separate chairs delivered and returned in a damaged state. Many months & many emails. Not the premium quality or customer experience you would expect for such a high price so something to be aware of before you go down this path. You will have the push Herman Miller hard and do your own quality control. The end product once it all works out is very nice, but I'm not sure I would go through all the effort to get there if I did it all over again.
