Good and attentive sales assistants. Poor review is purely on the Hermes concept of lack of stock and delivery information. Was told that this is due to 'security reasons'. Also, items on display are sightly on display only. Concept is too arrogant.

Entered the store and was greeted by a staff member who wasn’t very helpful and was very rude when I pronounced an item name wrong. I came back the next day and was served by a lovely lady whom I forgot her name she was very nice and helpful unlike the other lady with blonde hair avoid her seems like she has a attitude problem, spent money in Hermes Paris and never had this type of problem it must be something to do with Manchester staff . Doesn’t cost anything to be nice if I do choose to shop with them again I would avoid that lady

My experiences in Hermes Store Manchester has been the best luxury shopping I’ve ever had. Paul is so friendly and helpful, no matter it’s anything big or small, he’s always doing his best to get me what I need. I’ve been shopping years from many brands and boutiques and I can say with confidence Paul provides the best customer services. I like the team work in the store that SAs always help each other out. Everyone has been so pleasant and helpful to me. Thank you all very much.

We visited the store recently with massive apprehension due to the negative reviews online. We were greeted by Tressia, who I can’t recommend enough. She spent so much time ensuring that my wife was happy with her purchases and talked us through the different options. Everyone working in the store was very pleasant and I can’t understand the negative reviews. We’ll definitely be back.
