    After confirming the job was completed, turned out that the wrong trees had been removed. Then the tree survey was blamed. Additional fees were charged to remove the right trees. Job was quickly rectified and completed to satisfaction but it was not a smooth experience for anyone and I feel out of pocket. If there were mistakes in the tree survey, why was this not flagged at either the quote stage or when the first trees were removed? At this stage, I'm not even sure who's at fault, I just know I had to pay more to fix it and go on site several times to check.

    They must have way too much work as they can’t be bothered to put together a quote. And then there is the walnut trees, which he told me can only be done a certain time during the year, they needed to be trimmed and reminding him of the timing issue he claims: “I never told you that!” Well, every arborist I called stated that they cannot be cut until a certain time of year. Very unprofessional.
