Have had nothing but bother with a front door we bought last October. Have had numerous of visits from a variety of people who claim to have sorted the problem out yet the door still does not work. It's regular occurrence to be locked in (a fire hazzard) or out of the house. The lockes have been changed 3 times have had loads of keys cut only to put them in the bin. Still waiting for a new door that actually works they seem to have a problem with replacing the door and blame their suppliers even though we bought the door from them ???
