Collected a new Ateca from Heritage Seat this week. We were assisted through the whole process by Ben Powell. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure throughout. No question was too daft and when we suddenly found ourselves without a trade in, he pulled out all the stops to get our car ready earlier than originally planned! The handover was thorough and a couple of subsequent email queries, from myself, have been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. If your'e looking for a Seat or a Cupra, I'd thoroughly recommend that you talk to Ben.

I've noticed several responses to four-star reviews, thanking them for the "five-star review". Sarcasm? Or just an attempt to dupe readers? This is a shockingly unresponsive company. On the rare occasions you can get through on the phone, a very polite receptionist will tell you there's no one available and someone will call you back. Still waiting on that call-back two weeks later... Tried again multiple times to no avail, and online inquiry forms go unanswered too. Can't comment as to the quality of service. Reviews would suggest it's largely positive, judging from those who've actually managed to get that far. (How are you all doing that by the way? Telepathy...? Carrier pigeon...?)
