My dog absolutely loves spending time with Natalie! We normally pick the doggy day care package and I've honestly never seen my dog so happy and so well socialised! Natalie takes wonderful care of Chase and if there's ever any issues, I get notified straight away and its resolved in no time! I honestly can't recommend Heritage Pet services enough! My minds always at ease and the updates, especially through instagram; are regular and lovely to see (see photos attached)! Best of all, I know Chase is having a great time as he's eager to go to his next doggy day care session and waits at the window for Natalie to come by!

Nat is amazing. She has been having my dogs for a couple of months now in day care, also the odd weekend day! I’m updated daily via Instagram and the dogs seem genuinely happy - always tired when they come home! She loves them like her own! Nat is 1000% reliable and doesn’t charge rip off rates like most out there, I recommend Nat 1 million percent! :)

If you hire Natalie then get cctv to check she is doing her job. I used her for the first time this weekend and she was paid for two 30 min walk at 11am and 3pm. The first day she was late and did a 20min visit and then a 7 min visit late again in the afternoon, they didn’t get walked as I said they will refuse if the rain is too heaven, she used that as an excuse not to walk them, yet she turned up on both occasions wearing a tshirt. I also asked why she didn’t spend much time with them, we agreed that one of my dogs who is blind was barking a lot but if she knew enough about dogs then she should have spent the time to get to know them and make him feel safe. On the second day she did 25min and a walk then didn’t turn up for the afternoon walk. She didn’t try to contact me or the emergency contact next of kin and only explained herself after I left her a voicemail and text was at 8pm. When she go back to me she said she had a death and has been trying to contact me. She said That I didn’t have signal and I had signal, nothing was left, neither did my partner. Once questioned about it further she said she had no time to get cover with my dogs special needs? She still should have rung us. So please make sure she is doing what you are paying her to do. That first day was 13hours with just 30 mins spent with them. And the second 25mins one coveting in 10hours. My girl had just turned 10 the day before and had become incontinent and wet herself on both days. This is animal cruelty and I shall be reporting her to the rspca and NarpsUK who is the association of dog walkers. I just wanted to make sure others that use her know she cares not for your dogs.

I fully recommend Natalie at Heritage pet services to look after your pets. She has taken care of my cockapoo puppy Bertie when I am at work since he was a 10 week old puppy. The care she provides is 5 star and she is brilliant with animals. Thanks to Natalie's help Bertie is now a happy well adjusted, socialised 9 month old , who adores Nat and going there for day care. Your pets are safe in her hands for sure.

I can not recommend Nat enough.!! She is just amazing , loves dogs and is very kind and trusting . She will always try her best to accommodate dates and times ,and really does go the extra mile for the dogs . My very nervous dog misty loves Nat and is always very happy in her company .
