Lovely staff and a nice bright atmosphere in the showroom. Dealt with Hollie whilst my car was in and she kept me informed at every step. My only (very) minor gripe is that the £0 costed bill I was provided didn’t have a mileage on, however this is massively outweighed by the fact that I got a £0 costed bill in the first place. Will be taking both cars back again.

Luke was very helpful to from the moment we first visited VW Heritage in June in Salisbury. He listened to our requirements and took all our concerns into consideration. After we had looked at different models, Luke made great suggestions and then provided a test drive of a new model, which met our requirements. The test drive car included a number of features that were important to us and Luke found us a car with these features and we took delivery on 30 June. Very nice drive.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. Our VW Tiguan was returned to us after the RAC found a fault. We were called by Heritage to say they couldn’t find anything wrong, even tho The RAC provided the necessary information. The car was returned to us via the RAC with no confirmation that the fault was fixed, and with an additional 344 miles on the clock whilst with Salisbury Heritage. The car was returned in a filthy state having the remains of chocolate biscuits rubbered into the upholstery and floor. Whoever undertook the use of the vehicle must have smoked, as the vehicle now smells of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this outfit to anyone. I am disabled and this is a mobility vehicle that i depend on. The vehicle cut out at 60miles an hour and lost all power inc the steering. It could have resulted in a fatal accident as i have a muscle wasting condition and found it extremely difficult to turn the wheel enough to safely stop and call for help. VW have said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle, even tho the RAC found two error codes, one of which said DO NoT drive this vehicle. They apparently miraculously disappeared.
